- The company was founded on June 14, 2004 in Hanoi with staffs of 4, handling mostly air cargoes at Noibai International Airport.
- February 2005: Set up Hai Phong representative office and elevated it to a branch office by October 2010.
- In December 2006: Joined Vietnam Freight Forwarding Association (VIFFAS), recently renamed as Vietnam Logistics Business Association (VLA).
- In February 2007: Joined International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations (FIATA).
- January 2007: Set up branch office in Hochiminh city.
- February 2008: Set up Binh Duong representative office and elevated it to a branch office January 2012.
- August 2008: Set up Bac Ninh representative office and elevated it to a branch office by August 2015.
- October 2012: Set up Delta Transport Co., Ltd, specializing in trucking service.
- October 2012: Set up Hai Duong representative office.
- In January 2013: Set up Noi Bai operations office.
- August 2015: Set up the first workshop for truck reparing at Que Vo, Bac Ninh.
- April 2016: Started using refer trucks to transport drugs and medicines for some hospitals in Hanoi.
- July 2016: Set up the first trucking hub at No. 1023, Nguyen Binh Khiem, Hai Phong city to centralize the trucking actitvities including truck yard, workshop, gas station and operations office.
- December 2017: Set up a warehouse at Binh Duong
- February 2018: Set up a new company named Delta Velox Co., Ltd, preparing for express service.
- July 2018: Set up the first warehouse at Ha Noi.
- In November 2022, Katolec Corporation (Japan) contributed capital and became a shareholder of Delta International Joint Stock Company.
